My Silent Mind: Lost Voice

Life is always different from what we expect. Whether you follow spirituality or not, the situations and moments of thoughts and actions change occasionally. In the short-lived modern world, finding moments of peace can be challenging. I’ve noticed the thoughtful benefits of encouraging a silent mind—a preserve within that allows me to navigate life with greater clarity and calm. This is my journey to acceptance of a silent mind.

My journey towards a silent mind began at a very early age. The constant external and internal noise had reached a point where I felt overwhelmed and disconnected many times. I knew I needed a change, a way to quiet the nonstop chatter and find a sense of peace. It wasn’t an overnight transformation but rather a gradual shift, a series of small steps that led me to a place of inner calm. One of the first practices I adopted was mindful meditation. Each day, I would set aside a few hours to sit silently, focusing on my breath. Initially, it was challenging—my mind would wander, and I would become frustrated. But with persistence, I noticed a change. The moments of stillness grew longer, and I started to experience a sense of peace that carried over into other parts of my life.

But as I said, time will not remain the same as we want it. This happened to me a few months ago; everything had changed around me. However, realizing life goals and clarifying where we are meant to be is very important. In this situation, coming back to nature became my refuge. I found solace in the simplicity and beauty of the natural world. Whether walking in the park, sitting by the water, hiking in the mountains, nature provided a backdrop for my silent mind to flourish. The sounds of the wind, the rustling leaves, and the chirping birds created a symphony of silence that helped me quiet my thoughts and reconnect with myself again. In today’s digital age, the constant connectivity can be overwhelming. I realized I needed to disconnect from the digital noise to develop my silent mind again.

Each morning, I would discuss my thoughts, feelings, and reflections within myself. This practice allowed me to process my emotions and gain clarity. It was a way to empty my mind of the thoughts that crowded it, creating space for silence. But today, I’m a really silent person who has lost his voice from his inner heart due to some observations.
